Prices

TICKET PRICES:

• Regular price tickets: for all tickets that are paid between 26.9. and 7.10. price 3000.00 + VAT

• Late ticket price: for all tickets that are paid after 10.10. the remains 3500,00 kn + VAT

FULL TICKET ALLOWS:

• Free access to all lectures and workshops
• Lunches and dinners
• Drink with all dinners and lunches in the hotel restaurant
• The possibility of using the swimming pool and wellness center at the hotel
• evening entertainment
• Transportation by boat to Red Island and back (according to schedules)
• conference materials
• gift from the organizers

• Ticket price for one day of your choice: 2000.00 + VAT

Tickets for one day allows all this, but for the day for which it is paid ticket.

• Ticket price for the accompanying person: 1500.00 + VAT

TIcket for the accompanying person does not include admission to the lectures and workshops, conference materials and a gift from the organizers.

DISCOUNTS:

• HrOUG Members (Legal persons) are entitled to one free ticket or two if you have paid double the membership fee
• HrOUG Members are entitled to 10% discount on all tickets
• HUJAK Members are entitled to 10% discount on all tickets 
• All Companies that pay 10 tickets, 11th ticket is free.

ACCOMMODATION:

For accommodation and everything related to the hotel responsible official HrOUG travel agency Max travel:

SINGLE ROOM = £ 599.00 + £ 5.50 city tax per person per day
DOUBLE ROOM = £ 449.00 + £ 5.50 city tax per person per day

IMPORTANT REMARKS:

PLEASE DO NOT DO THE FOLLOWING:

1. SHARING ONE TICKET (ONE PARTICIPANT USE TICKET ONE PART OF THE CONFERENCE, AND SECOND PART OF THE CONFERENCE ANOTHER PARTICIPANT.

2. Second we were warned by the hotel not to tolerate situations in which PARTICPANT BOOK SINGLE ROOM AND IN ROOM IS  MORE THAN ONE PERSON. If such behavior before, Violators will be requested by the hotel or leave the room or to pay the difference. Such behavior IS SHAME FOR THE ORGANIZER.

3. ACCOMPANYING PERSON IS  NOT A YOUR FREND FROM THE COMPANY., BUT your spouse or girlfriend / boyfriend.
